About the role

We’re building the next generation of field services software, and we need a Senior Product Manager who can own our product end-to-end — from discovery through delivery and launch. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations. At our size (10-20 people), this isn’t a “write tickets and hand them off” role. You’ll be deeply embedded in the work — talking to customers, shaping priorities, writing specs, and shipping alongside engineers. We’re pre-launch, so you’ll be instrumental in getting our first product to market and into the hands of real customers.

What we’re looking for

Own the product

Define and evolve our product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close partnership with the team. Take full responsibility for what we build, why we build it, and how we get it into customers’ hands. As we launch and grow, you’ll help define what success looks like and how we measure it.

Ship with the team

Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to manage priorities, unblock work, and ensure we’re shipping high-quality software. You don’t need to read the codebase, but you should be technical enough to have productive conversations with engineers and make informed trade-offs around scope and feasibility.

Be the voice of the customer

Engage directly with our customers — field service operators, office admins, technicians, and enterprise decision-makers. Translate their feedback, pain points, and workflows into clear product decisions. Lead discovery efforts through user interviews, market research, and stakeholder conversations to validate what we build next.

Keep things moving

At a pre-launch startup, momentum is everything. You figure out what needs to happen, make it happen, and keep multiple threads moving without things slipping. You manage up, across, and out — keeping the team aligned, stakeholders informed, and customers close.

Balance simplicity and power

Partner with our Design team to ensure we’re building intuitive, low-friction experiences for field teams and back-office users alike. You bring strong product sense to the table — you know when something feels off, when a workflow has too much friction, and when we’re overbuilding. What
